B&V Consultants, an Oracle partner, extended its range recently by including the EnterpriseOne solution by JD Edwards. The company thus confirms its trust in Project Fusion, a project developed by Oracle to convert ERP packages currently held in portfolios into a separate ERP architecture.

B&V Consultants helps companies integrate Oracle/PeopleSoft applications. It was founded in 1998 and at that time provided support for setting up CRM solutions developed by Vantive. When PeopleSoft bought Vantive, B&V Consultants widened its product line to include CRM and HR solutions from PeopleSoft. This got them the status of Preferred Tier-2 Partner for Belgium market in 2000.

Walter Theuns, in charge of JD Edwards Business Development at B&V Consultants, explains his company’s decision: “Oracle is working on a large ERP architecture that will combine the best of all the solutions. B&V Consultants NV/SA develops, implements and integrates Oracle/Peoplesoft and JD Edwards applications tailored to customers’ individual requirements. The company is located in Brussels and employs a staff of 51. An office was also set up in the Netherlands in early 2005.

In 2005, B&V and THALMA created a partnership to meet Benelux’s fashion industry needs.
This partnership concerns all the fields in the industry, from commercial management, trading, manufacturing and distribution for all the Thalma solutions.

This partnership culminated in the signing of SCAPA for the central site and to equip its boutiques.
